I'm just getting old. This is how it's meant to feel.
Feeling low later in life isn't
just ageing.
Low mood, worry, and loneliness in your later years are common, and they respond to care. We work gently and at an unhurried pace, online from home or with help arranging an in-clinic visit.
Things older adults often bring up.
These are the lines we hear most. If even one of them is yours, or your parent's, you're in the right place.
Since I retired, my days have no shape to them.
After he passed, the house is so quiet I can't bear it.
My children are settled and far away. I don't want to be a burden.
I worry about my health all the time and can't switch it off.
Therapy wasn't a thing in our generation. People just got on with it.
If any of this sounds like you, you don't have to sit with it alone.
Care that respects your time and your generation.
Patient, unhurried sessions
No rushing, no jargon, no being talked over. Your clinician moves at a pace that feels comfortable, gives you room to find your words, and meets you with the respect your years have earned.
From home, or help getting to the clinic
You can speak to a clinician over a video call from your own living room, no travel needed. If you would rather come in person to our Gurgaon or Delhi clinics, our team will help arrange the visit and the timing.
Family can be part of it, with your say-so
If you want a son, daughter, or spouse involved in your care, we can include them. If you would rather keep it private, that stays your choice. Nothing is shared with family without your consent.
Three ways in, at your pace.
Most people start with a single session, then move onto a plan once they've met their clinician. Pick what fits where you are right now.
Start with one session
Meet a clinician, talk it through, decide after. No plan required.
What you pay for your first session is credited toward a plan if you upgrade.
Grow
Intensive therapy without medication, for when therapy alone is the right fit.
Bloom
Therapy and psychiatry together, with a full care team around you.

A story from an older client.
I am a retired person, currently staying at home. Earlier I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, and it was very difficult for me to understand my mood. Now I am maintaining it very well. By regularly practising relaxation techniques and incorporating a few basic exercises, I began to follow a structured routine. I am now feeling significantly better.
Questions older adults ask.
No. Aches and slowing down can come with age, but persistent low mood, loss of interest, and constant worry are not things you simply have to live with. Late-life depression and anxiety are common and very treatable. Many people feel meaningfully better with the right support, often within a few months. See how care works.
Yes. Most of our sessions happen over a simple video call, so you can speak to your clinician from your own home with no travel. If a video call feels unfamiliar, we will walk you through it step by step, and a family member can help set it up the first time. If you would rather meet in person, our team will help arrange a visit to our Gurgaon or Delhi clinic.
You can begin the first conversation on their behalf and stay as involved as they are comfortable with. A lot of our older clients come to us this way, through a son or daughter who noticed something was off. With your parent's consent, you can join sessions or get gentle updates. The care, though, always stays centred on them. Talk to us and we will guide you in.
Not necessarily. Talking therapy on its own helps many people. If medication might help, a psychiatrist will explain the options clearly, take your other health conditions and current medicines into account, and never push you. Any decision is made with you, at a pace you are comfortable with.
Whenever you're ready, however you'd like.
