1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
2. What we provide
Emoneeds provides therapy, psychiatry, structured care plans, and psychological assessments, delivered online and at our clinics. We describe our care honestly, but no treatment can be guaranteed to produce a particular outcome. What we commit to is qualified clinicians, a considered plan, and care taken seriously.
3. Information on this website
The articles, guides, assessments, and other content on this website are for general information and education. They are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment, and using the website does not by itself create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you book and start care with one of our clinicians.
4. Not an emergency service
Emoneeds is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please use an emergency service or a crisis helpline right away.

5. Booking and payments
Sessions and care plans are booked and paid for through our booking flow at care.emoneeds.com. Prices for sessions and plans are shown before you confirm. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before its scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, may be charged. Payments for sessions and care plans are otherwise non-refundable by default, though we make exceptions, at our discretion, for genuine medical or personal emergencies. We also build in flexibility: you can use your purchased sessions any time within their validity, and unused sessions may be transferred to a family member or friend. To request a cancellation, refund consideration, or transfer, reach us through our contact page and we'll work it out with you.
7. The clinician relationship
Our clinicians provide care under their own professional judgement. Emoneeds facilitates the relationship, scheduling, support, and tools, but does not direct clinical decisions. Your clinician is responsible for the clinical care they provide.
8. Acceptable use
Please use the service respectfully. You agree not to abuse or harass our clinicians or staff, not to misuse or disrupt the platform, and not to use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend access where these terms are seriously breached.
9. Intellectual property
The content, design, brand, and materials on this site belong to Emoneeds, unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, Emoneeds and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or services. Clinical care is provided by our clinicians under their own professional judgement (see section 7), and clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you amicably; please raise it through our contact page. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to and finally settled by arbitration before a sole arbitrator, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be New Delhi, and the language will be English.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
