Everyone says these are the best years. Why do I feel like this?
First time in therapy? So were
most of us.
Exams, the future, being away from home for the first time, it builds up. We work with students all the time, on schedules that fit around classes and stay private from campus.
Things students often bring up.
These are the lines we hear most from students. If even one is yours, you're in the right place.
I can't focus, and the exams just keep coming.
I'm scared I'm letting my parents down.
I left home and now I feel completely alone.
I don't even know what's wrong. I just feel off.
I don't want anyone on campus to know I'm struggling.
If any of this sounds like you, you don't have to sit with it alone.
Care built around student life.
Sessions around your classes
Evenings, weekends, and flexibility through exam season. We work around your timetable so therapy doesn't become one more thing you're failing to fit in.
Private from campus and home
What you talk about stays between you and your clinician. Nothing goes to your college, your hostel, or your parents unless you want it to. Aligned with India's DPDP data-protection framework.
Help for the specific student stuff
Exam anxiety, burnout, homesickness, the pressure of figuring out a future. These are real, and they have real, evidence-based approaches that our clinicians actually use.
Three ways in, at your pace.
Most people start with a single session, then move onto a plan once they've met their clinician. Pick what fits where you are right now.
Start with one session
Meet a clinician, talk it through, decide after. No plan required.
What you pay for your first session is credited toward a plan if you upgrade.
Grow
Intensive therapy without medication, for when therapy alone is the right fit.
Bloom
Therapy and psychiatry together, with a full care team around you.

What four months of care can change.
In January 2025, I was a completely different person, with constant panic attacks, anxiety, not able to sleep, not able to study. These past four months have changed me completely. Both doctors treated me like their own younger brother. It never felt like just treatment. It felt like someone genuinely wanted me to heal and be happy again.
Questions students ask.
No. What you discuss stays between you and your clinician. Nothing is shared with your college, hostel, or family unless you specifically ask us to. We're aligned with India's DPDP data-protection framework. You can read our privacy approach.
We know cost matters when you're studying. You can start with a single intro session and decide before committing to anything ongoing, and what you pay for that first session is credited toward a plan if you continue. Talk to us and we'll find something that works for where you are.
Yes, and that's often when students need it most. We offer evening and weekend slots and stay flexible around your exam timetable, so getting support doesn't compete with your studying.
Most of our students hadn't either. The first session is just a conversation, with no right way to do it and nothing you need to prepare. You talk, we listen, and we go at your pace. See how care works.
Whenever you're ready, however you'd like.
